Nanny- Part III

I submitted the "nanny wanted" ad for Penny Saver last week before I hired our current one. The Penny Saver came out yesterday, and I've been having non-stop calls from people. I literally have 30+ messages from people who are interested in the position, and I was very specific in the ad (disclosing all the requirements and salary information). I plan to do phone interviews with these people in case the current nanny doesn't work out. Amazing....I should've gone this route from the very beginning!!
